The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) which require public water systems to inventory all water service materials. This inventory is mandatory and will continue until each service is identified. To support this effort, the municipalities listed below, along with staff from WHKS, will conduct door-to-door inspections to check water service lines at no cost to you.

Inspectors will arrive between 12 PM and 8 PM on a weekday. The anticipated schedule for the first two weeks is listed below. A rolling two-week schedule will be maintained and updated weekly.

Why did I receive a letter?
You received a letter because the material of your service line is currently classified as "unknown". All service lines must have their material identified in accordance with LCRR requirements.
